Private Access Agreement

Aeliana Private Access Agreement

Version 2026-04-02-access-v2 · This agreement governs invited participation in the Aeliana access program until replaced by a later posted version.

1. Parties and scope

This Private Access Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Aeliana AI, LLC (“Aeliana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the invited participant accepting this Agreement (“Tester,” “you,” or “your”). By accepting, accessing, or using any Aeliana access-only code, page, shared workspace, private reporting lane, or related non-public material, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the site Terms, Privacy Notice, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference.

In plain English: This is the access contract. If you join this program, these rules apply along with the normal site rules.

2. Eligibility, invitation, and access status

Participation is by invitation only and remains subject to continuing approval. Aeliana may approve, deny, pause, suspend, or revoke access participation at any time in its sole discretion. Access status is personal to the invited user, may not be transferred or shared, and grants only the privileges expressly assigned to that status. Unless Aeliana separately grants additional written rights, access status may include Pro-level product access but does not include admin powers, finance controls, moderator authority, export privileges, or ownership of internal systems or materials.

  • Access codes, links, and onboarding instructions are personal and non-transferable.
  • The current access lane is expected to provide up to ninety (90) days of Pro access unless ended earlier.
  • Access may be conditioned on current age-gate, legal, safety, and account-verification requirements.

In plain English: This is a limited access role. You may get invited access features, but you do not get admin tools, payment controls, or special authority.

3. Confidentiality and non-public materials

You acknowledge that the access environment, access-only pages, issue states, unpublished workflows, moderator guidance, product plans, analytics views, operational materials, and non-public workspace content may contain confidential and proprietary information. Except where Aeliana gives prior written permission, you shall not disclose, publish, screenshot for public release, forward, or otherwise expose such non-public materials to any third party.

  • Do not publish non-public access screenshots, system notes, or internal issue states.
  • Do not benchmark, reverse engineer, scrape, or expose access materials outside the approved workflow.
  • Use the private report path, not the shared workspace, for security, privacy, legal, payment, or abuse concerns.

In plain English: Treat this access program like a private room. Do not share private screenshots, internal notes, or unreleased features unless we approve that in writing.

4. Conduct, shared workspace use, and restricted sharing

The Access Workspace and related reporting surfaces exist for product testing, bug reporting, and structured discussion. You agree not to misuse those spaces, interfere with moderation, route participants off-platform, or introduce material that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to legitimate testing activity.

  • No sharing of phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, or invitations to continue the discussion off-platform.
  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, malicious payloads, spam, fraud, or disruptive behavior.
  • No posting of government IDs, payment card information, medical records, intimate images, or other highly sensitive third-party data.
  • No use of the shared workspace for unrelated promotion, code resale, code pooling, or competitor marketing.

In plain English: Use the Access Workspace for testing and bug discussion. Do not use it to swap contact info, avoid moderation, or turn it into a promo channel.

5. Feedback, suggestions, and limited license

As between you and Aeliana, you retain ownership of your original lawful content. However, by submitting bug reports, prompts, screenshots, annotations, comparison notes, workflow suggestions, or other feedback through the access program, you grant Aeliana a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, analyze, adapt, moderate, display internally, and otherwise use that material as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, review, support, and improve the product and related internal systems. Aeliana has no obligation to implement any suggestion and may independently create or adopt similar ideas.

In plain English: Your original work stays yours. If you send us feedback, you are giving us permission to use it to run, review, fix, and improve the product.

6. Monitoring, privacy, and operational notices

You acknowledge that Aeliana may log access activity, agreement acceptance, account status, access code usage, workspace activity, private reports, moderation events, and related analytics in order to run the program, protect users, evaluate program quality, and respond to urgent issues. Shared and private submissions may be reviewed by authorized staff and automated moderation, safety, abuse, or security systems. Aeliana may also generate operational notices and urgent internal summaries for administrators where reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to harmful or non-compliant activity.

In plain English: We log and review access activity so we can operate the program safely, catch abuse quickly, and see whether the testing is actually useful.

7. Suspension, revocation, and termination

Aeliana may suspend, limit, or terminate participation immediately, with or without advance notice, if it reasonably believes that you violated this Agreement, threatened safety or compliance, misused the workspace or code system, or otherwise ceased to be a good fit for the program. Revocation may disable the relevant code, the access entitlement, the associated account access to protected resources, or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Revocation of access does not automatically cancel a separate paid plan unless broader account action is required.
  • Reinstatement is discretionary and not guaranteed.
  • Aeliana is not obligated to continue any feature, code, or workspace access after termination.

In plain English: If the program is misused, access can be shut off right away. Getting back in later is not guaranteed.

8. Access disclaimers, no promise of ongoing availability, and public statements

This program is provided "as is" and "as available," without any guarantee of uninterrupted service, error-free behavior, continued feature availability, or preservation of test data. Nothing in the access program obligates Aeliana to continue any feature, influencer program offering, payout structure, or workflow in its current form. If you receive free access, benefits, or compensation and choose to speak publicly about Aeliana, you remain responsible for any legally required, clear, and conspicuous disclosure of that relationship.

In plain English: Access features can still break, change, or disappear, and free access or perks do not remove your disclosure obligations if you talk about us publicly.

9. Signature record, retention, and account tie-back

Your acceptance of this Agreement may be captured electronically and tied to your account email, user identifier, agreement version, signature text, timestamp, IP or device metadata, and related onboarding records. Aeliana may retain that acceptance record, or a legally sufficient summary of it, for up to seven (7) years or longer where required by applicable law, dispute handling, fraud review, audit obligations, or legitimate business need.

In plain English: Your signed acceptance is stored with the account you used here and kept long enough for legal, audit, fraud-review, and support needs.

10. Contact and notices

Questions regarding this Agreement, the access program, or the proper reporting lane for sensitive issues should go to [email protected], or to a private workspace report if you are already an invited tester.

In plain English: If you are not sure whether something belongs in the shared workspace or a private report, ask first.

Signature block

Finalize the posted agreement with the same account that will hold access.

This is the final account tie-in step, not the public application form. Approved testers usually arrive here from an approval email or admin reply, then bind the agreement to the same signed-in account that will hold access and workspace entry.

Why fields are prefilled: If you are already signed in, we use that account email on purpose so the agreement record, access code, and final access all point to the same profile. If this is the wrong account, switch account before you submit.

When you are signed in, this field is locked to the account that will hold access.
This code comes from your approval email or admin reply. If your approval link included it, we will prefill it automatically here.
We preload the standard confirmation line so you can confirm it without drafting legal language from scratch.

Sign in with the invited access account, complete the fields, and submit this agreement.
