Trial clarity: Preview is the separate $0 tier. Base, Core, and Pro start with 7 free days for eligible first-time web subscribers, then renew at the monthly rate unless you cancel before renewal.

1. Fastest self-serve path

Open the billing email sent after checkout, renewal, or a billing issue.
Use the Manage subscription link inside that email to open your secure customer portal.
From there you can cancel, update your payment method, review upcoming charges, and download invoices or receipts.

2. If you cannot find the email

Email [email protected] from the same billing address and write Cancel my subscription in the subject line.
If you are not sure which email was used, include your Aeliana account email and any billing details you have available so we can match the subscription quickly.
You can also email [email protected] and we will route the request.

3. When cancelation takes effect

Canceling stops future renewals.
Your current paid access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund handling follows our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights required by law.

4. App Store or other channels

If you purchased through Apple, Google, or another third-party billing channel, that channel controls cancelation and refund mechanics for that purchase.
Use that store's subscription settings for the purchase made there.
